Project leads manage the project, staff and build relationships with partners.
Hello, I’m Matthew. I am the Lead on the Surrey Local House Project.
I have worked for more than 10 years leading projects and supporting young people and adults to manage the challenges they experience, to increase their knowledge, develop their skills, build confidence, and to empower them to take charge of their own lives.
I know that with the right support that we all need, the young people that go through the House Project will be able to maximise their potential.
We are very lucky to be working with this fantastic and inspiring group.
